I had no idea the smell from the dryer was from the lintel building up.michael couldnt give me an estimate until he did the work. Was told over the phone probably $140. Loved it. Then he showed up and said after his work he had to get on the roof and it was more $$$. Didnt believe him. After I calmed down, he took me outside to prove his knowledge of showing me the last problem...I didnt want more expense. Long story short I didn't believe him and his proved everything he did was worth the money...$500... oh,in addition I called three other companies before him and they only cleaned out the vents from the roof. Since mike left my drying experience is like new again. Never meet someone so honest and I build communities. ~ Gabriel C

We had a great experience with In & Out Dryer Vent Cleaning. Our dryer had gotten progressively slower to dry anything. We called and got a reply within minutes. We were lucky that Michael had just wrapped a job nearby, and was here and working in less than a half hour. It turns out our roof jack was clogged so nothing was ventilating. He fixed the actual cause (non-code configuration), and then cleared the clog itself. We have since tried the dryer with good results. Michael was careful to explain every step of the process so we understood what he was doing. With only the two of us, we should be good to go for another 5 years. Yay! ~ Alison Y

My dryer was taking all day to dry even a half load of clothes at times, even after having my dryer vents cleaned within the last year. Michael and Matthew showed up right on time, as scheduled, and did a fantastic job not only cleaning out my dryer vent, but went up into my attic where the vent pipe was routed and disassembled and cleaned it. They also found a problem with the flapper that was blocking my dryer vent and fixed it. They did a fantastic job, and my dryer is drying a full load of towels in about 30-35 minutes now! I called 5 dryer vent cleaning companies on Christmas Eve. Michael was the only one who called me back. Not only did he service me the same day, he was very professional, and found the dead squirrel that was causing terrible odor problems in my house. Micheal did a great job getting the massive amount of lint out of our dryer duct. My husband used a “snake” to try to clean out the dryer duct and we continued to have dryer issues. Micheal came in with the brush and his tools and really got all the lint out. Huge amounts! Mike was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about my vent situation and able to diagnose the root cause of the blockage. He went out of his way to follow and stay in contact after his service call because the issue was on the apartment buildings end which they were not very helpful in assisting with. Third company I had come out in two weeks. Still waiting to get my money back from the others. You should see what Michael got out of my vent pipe. Had no clue he had to open up my dryer to remove lint that was burning on I think he said the heating thing. Thought it was going to be less expensive, already paid two other companies to do the same work. Only got money back from one. Michael found out the reason why I keep smelling something burning from the clothes, and moldy clothes out of the washers. I learned I need to clean the dryer vent filter with hot soapy water, as well as the washing machine has a filter to clean out. I’d give 6 stars! ~ Sean S
